To accomplish your personally tailored goals, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), bibliotherapy, burgeoning skills in Narrative Therapy and Bowenian Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which is dependent on the client/ families need.
