I love working with and helping people! I work best with those who are ready for a pivotal change.  I hold the belief of partnering with and empowering you on your unique life journey.  I use a down to earth and open minded approach towards your healing and growth.

On your journey, I will walk alongside you and navigate as we work together to design a personal roadmap towards your desired destination. This approach allows for the greatest possibility of you getting back to or discovering your best self!

To best fit my client needs, I offer both in-person therapy and online/ telehealth sessions.  Online sessions are available throughout the state of California.  Please see the “Session Offerings” and/ or “Telehealth and Online Therapy” pages for more details.

My background includes working in various clinical settings with children, teens, and adults with a variety of needs. Current day, I partner with a non-profit agency conducting mental health services, offer Telemental health sessions utilizing the latest technological innovations, and provide therapeutic services at my private practice treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity, self-worth/ esteem/confidence, identity, personal growth, quality of life and values clarification, challenges within the LGBTQ+ community, stress management, military family lifestyle/ challenges/ transitions, women’s issues, parenting challenges, and more.  Please see the “About” or “Services” page for additional areas of focus.

To accomplish your personally tailored goals, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), bibliotherapy, burgeoning skills in Narrative Therapy and Bowenian Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which is dependent on the client/ families need.
